Avocado Salad Dressing
Yield: 3 cups
Ingredients
| 3 | avocados, pureed | ||

| 1 | cup | sour cream | |
|
|
|||
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | salt | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | Tablespoons | lime juice | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, then chill for 30 minutes. Serve with a green or fruit salad.
