Peachy Peanut Butter Pita Pockets
A lunch box surprise!
Ingredients
| 4 | pita pocket breads | ||

| 3/4 | cup | chunky peanut butter | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | fresh peaches,thinly sliced | ||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Open pita bread by cutting about 3-inches off of one edge. Carefully open pocket and spread a thin layer of peanut butter on both sides of pita. Fill with peach slices.
Tip: Warm pita bread slightly to make it more pliable.
